WorkgroupShare provides your organization with the ability to share Outlook data, such as calendars, tasks, contacts, distribution lists, notes and email amongst its staff (users). In addition to sharing users’ personal folders with other members of staff it is possible, using WorkgroupShare, to define public shared folders, for example shared contact lists and holiday calendars, which may be made available to any members of staff. The WorkgroupShare Administrator allows you to strictly define which data a particular user has access to through flexible access control lists. |
